A 12" x 8" Traybake. A Classic Bakewell with a Soft Moist Ground Almond Sponge layer on top of a Raspberry Jam layer and a shortcrust base. Topped with toasted flaked almonds on top of traybake. It comes unsliced, so that you can choose your own portion size to slice it into. Suggested 2" Square slices will render 24 slices. Freeze or eat within 7 days. Keep sealed in cool place.
