PIZZA - Mexicana (10 Inch) Sourdough
Vegan Hand Stretched Fresh Sourdough Pizza's, handmade for you, not in a factory. . . .
A part baked 10 Inch Pizza base topped with our Wight Plate Tomato Sauce, herbs, sweetcorn, peppers, beans, onions, chillies & Vegan Mozzarella. Keep refridgerated up to 2 days or FREEZE straight away.
If Pizza is frozen, defrost in fridge till fully defrosted.
Cook from Chilled
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7. (A Hot Oven brings best results)
2. Place pizza on your Pizza tray or baking sheet. Make sure all toppings are spread out evenly.
3. Bake for around 10-14 mins (Must be piping hot and bubbling)
4. Once vegan cheese has melted and the crust is nice and crispy, you'can remove from oven.
TIP - Before removing from the oven, lift the pizza with a wooden spoon to check that middle of the bottom is fully cooked and browned.
